Within You (Equinox)

A song-accompanied smoke-cleanse happens at the raised beds between the Plexpod buildings at 5:55 p.m., where we will meet.

Bring a notebook or journal, and arrive on time, as the group will move together to a room on an upper floor at 6:05.

The circle's sound bath will happen at 6:15 p.m. to prepare your mind and body for the task of looking for lessons, connections and resources that you gained during the previous 91 days.

A statement of thanks will be spoken, for all of the entities, factors and forces that shaped our first quarter of the year in ways that can bring us valuable lessons, connections and resources in coming quarters and beyond.

The group will split into 4 breakouts charged with listening to each other express our personal stories of the past 91 days, and how we could interpret those memorable happenings as helpful lessons, connections and resources.

Coming back together, around the circle each person will share when their equinox personal introspection session will occur, for how long, where, and any other details they wish to share. These statements will be offered so that friends around the circle will be able to hold each other lovingly accountable for their intent to care for themselves at the right time.

A song of hope for the coming 91 days will be shared at the end of the second circle, followed by shared refreshments and unstructured collective time.

Dress comfortably, ready to listen and to breathe. Masks are welcome if you are symptomatic or immune-compromised. Unmasked allergen-afflicted throat-clearers also welcome, judgement-free.
