About the event
Come spend an autumn evening experiencing the woods at a pace that calms your spirit.
Ernie Miller Park offers a landscape where forest, stream, meadow, and prairie meet within a relatively small natural area. During this two-hour session of The Rooted Path, we will slow ourselves down considerably and give our attention room to settle into the intriguing places around us.
What to expect
Your guide will offer activity options to invoke your senses to notice what around you is notable to you. The Rooted Path is Clement Waters’ guided Nature Immersion Therapy experience.
The guide's voice tells you options for activity, but two powerhouse presences give you everything you need for this experience: the natural place itself, and your own experience and background. Bring who you are, and share only what you're compelled to share.
