About the event

By the end of this nature retreat, you will know exactly where and how to source self-healing in nature to transform your life and the lives of your loved ones. Orienting to humanity's healing nature connection is the focus of this centering, 4-day weekend retreat. All amenities are covered by the price of attending.

Led by Joy Ellsworth, a certified nature therapy professional, you'll go through a centuries-tested process that results in the kind of stress relief that you can plainly feel.

Identify the distinct sensation of the body releasing large amounts of stress, and you'll find yourself on the first step toward being able to recreate that experience for yourself and your loved ones later.

Forgotten in modern lifestyles, your self-healing, nature-cooperative ability is something that even first timers have been able to come home and pass along to their loved ones with success.

Pack your suitcase for 4 days and 3 nights, then meet the group in the morning to board your pre-chartered transportation and start your journey toward self-healing. Based on your nutrition preference selected at deposit checkout, all meals will be provided, served fresh. Single and double sleeping accommodations are available in the 5-star lodge and event venue nestled between the Mark Twain National Forest and the Ozark Scenic Riverways.

Retreat sessions will feature increasing degrees of nature immersion in group settings, guiding connection with sensory and somatic sensations, and integrating experiential physiology with mind-body medicine techniques.
