About the event
A guided practice session focused on relational awareness, and connecting with others in grounded, wholesome ways. Through a sequence of consent-based practices including mirroring, shared rhythm-making, nonverbal communication, and playful movement exploration, participants are invited to notice how presence, boundaries, and responsiveness shape connection.
These activities support awareness of self in relation to others, offering opportunities to practice reading cues, coordinating movement, and expressing oneself while remaining attentive to group dynamics. Interaction is always invitational, with multiple ways to participate, observe, or rest.
The experience begins with grounding and mindful presence, then opens into a variety of relational interaction pathways that emphasize full regard, consent, and mutual awareness. The session closes with reflection in circle, supporting real world re-integration and carryover into everyday social and collaborative settings.
Participants often notice greater ease in group interactions, clearer sensing of personal boundaries, and increased confidence in nonverbal communication.
